We’ve officially entered the home stretch of the holiday season, and this fab housewife is curazzy busy y’all! Today, for example, I’m hosting a corporate happy hour for a client, featuring the greatest sushi rolls I’ve ever tasted, custom hand-stamped jewelry (made my moi), and a festively-chic Spiced Pear Saketini. This Asian-inspiration has only 4 ingredients, and pears ;) perfectly with all that raw fish and rice.
How to make a Spiced Pear Saketini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1.5 oz. filtered Junmai sake
- 3 oz. pear juice or puree (try Whole Foods, or the baby aisle at your grocery store)
- Cinnamon
Combine the vodka, sake and juice in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and a light sprinkling of ground cinnamon.

i am absolutely going to make this for my Xmas party i am going to! xoxo.
This sounds like the perfect holiday drink! Thanks for sharing!

Now this looks like quite the cocktail. I think a trip to WholePaychex is on the agenda with pear puree at the top of the list.
