If you’ve noticed I’ve been a bit remiss in my posting as of late, it’s because I’ve been completely overwhelmed with the work load that comes with interior design school (which I am just loving, by the way!). I’m trying to keep you all updated on the fab highlights of a housewife’s life, but as we all know, there are only so many hours in a day, and a woman’s work is never done.
Which is why today I’d like to draw your attention to a dinner dish that is not just delicious, but so easy to throw together, too. This recipe comes from Jessica at How Sweet it Is, and while I’d traditionally post the recipe and photos of my own, they wouldn’t have looked as fabulous as Jessica’s. Who knew lasagne could be so gorgeous? And yes, it was just as melt-in-your-mouth delectable as the photos show. Almost makes your forget how M.I.A I’ve been.
