Fab Laundry

Nothing is fabulous about doing the laundry…until now.

I just came across this darling company, The Laundress, an eco-friendly line of specialty detergents designed to reduce your need for dry cleaning, and provide your clothes and linens with the best possible laundry care. Did you know you can clean your cashmere at home? Neither did I, but since the creators of the company hold degrees in Fiber Science, Textile and Apparel Management and Design, I’ll go ahead and trust them. I especially love the chic design and packaging!

Specialty Laundry Detergents, $15-$45

I know they aren’t cheap, but according to The Laundress NY blog, a bottle of Wool and Cashmere shampoo costs $18, and you get at least 32 washes from it. Compared to the cost of dry cleaning 32 cashmere sweaters…this is  a no-brainer!
