Arugula Salad | How To Make This Healthy Recipe This fresh Arugula Salad is a seasonless staple and an easy way to add lots of vitamins, omega-3s (good fats) and fiber to any meal. Whenever I do salads, I tend to toss in things I already have in the fridge, but these ingedients and flavors mixed so well, they were worth taking special note of:

Arugula Chopped Salad Ingredients - Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumber, Avacado Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  •  Baby arugula
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • handful of candied walnuts
  • Crumbled goat cheese, to tastle
  • White balsamic dressing, to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Drizzle white balsamic dressing on top, toss to coat. sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese to garnish.
